Any-Quantity (AQ) Rate
No discount rate is offered for large shipments. The same rate applies to all shipment sizes.

Classification labels used to provide additional information about something. Qualities or characterists assigned to items. Descriptions may be subjective.

To examine records to check for accuracy. Often used to determine if freight bills are correct.

Audit Trail
A step-by-step record, electronic and/or paper, by which information (accounting or any other type) can be traced to its source.

Auditability
The ability to get accurate results when performing an audit. The ease with which data can be verified.

Inspecting or verifying records, especially financial records. For freight bills, checking or verifying if the charges are correct.

Automated Indentification System. Bar coding and Radio Frequency Indentification (RFID) are technologies included in this area.
