His extensive expertise in maritime data analytics, vessel tracking technologies, and data quality programs positions him as a leading authority in the field. As the Ship Tracking Business Unit Director at Kpler, Jean-Charles oversees the maritime and compliance product portfolios, delivering critical support to Kpler’s growing customer base. His leadership ensures the provision of cutting-edge solutions that enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance for Kpler clients.

Dimitris Ampatzidis

Senior Risk & Compliance Analyst

Dimitris is a Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst with extensive experience in the shipping industry, specializing in risk assessment, governance, and data analysis. He has a proven track record of launching industry-standard risk products and developing comprehensive sanction risk protocols. At Lloyd's Register, he was the go-to expert for Port State Control (PSC) analytics, providing specialized training to shipping professionals on minimizing risks during inspections, while also developing emissions reporting processes and establishing robust sanctions protocols. Previously, as a Business Data Analyst at SAFETY4SEA, Dimitris played a key role in developing the RISK4SEA platform, focusing on PSC analytics. He holds Master’s degrees in IT Project Management from Stockholm University and Information Systems from Linnaeus University, along with a Bachelor's in Statistics and Insurance Science from the University of Piraeus.
